Palm Sunday (March 25)
8:00 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.: Gather in the parish hall for a procession to the church with palms.
Maundy Thursday (March 29)
6:30 p.m.: Potluck agape Eucharist in the parish hall, followed by the stripping of the altar in the church, and Tenebrae. Tenebrae is a Latin word that means “shadows.” The service emphasizes the betrayal, abandonment, and agony of Christ’s passion.
Members are welcome to keep vigil with the reserved sacrament in the church following Tenebrae. It is customary to spend an hour in prayer in the presence of Christ.
Good Friday (March 30)
12:00 n. & 7:00 p.m.: Good Friday liturgy, with communion from the reserved sacrament (consecrated on Maundy Thursday).
Easter Day (April 1)
8:00 a.m.: Holy Eucharist with limited music
10:00 a.m.: Festival Eucharist with choir
