Amanda has been at St. Peter’s since 2018, and quickly became active as part of St. Peter’s Outreach Team (SPOT). She has coordinated St. Peter’s Crop Walk Efforts annually, serves the Thanksgiving Meal for Seniors, and conceived of and chairs the “Fishin’ for Mission” fish fry fundraising event to benefit the South Windsor Food and Fuel Bank. Amanda joined the vestry in 2025.
