Join Our Calendar Fundraiser

Each month participants select a calendar date from the basket at church or through this online form and then donate the corresponding amount to the church’s general fund. For example, if you select 23, your calendar donation for the month is $23.  Every month we start over again with new dates for everyone.

This form allows you to participate in the calendar fundraiser or pay online for the date you selected at church:

• Online Payment: Select the day that matches the card you chose from the basket in the Day/Donation Amount list (see Note below)

• Online Selection: Choose any day from the Day/Donation Amount list. The day you select becomes your donation amount.

Note: Once a day has been selected from the list, it is unavailable until next month. If your day is not on the dropdown list, someone else selected it online. Choose a day that is closest to your card.
